Pre-Arb/Pre-MLB contract extensions

A few days ago, I could get some of my AAA or young MLB guys (think Eloy Jimenez, Nick Senzel, Vlad Jr. age/level players) signed to long term extensions. However, today I can't get them to sign those exact same extensions. I even added in a bit more money and they still won't sign. Some of them won't sign an extension at all, when they would the other day. I did a fair bit of testing and digging around to make sure the circumstances are the same (same in-game day, ratings, etc.) I haven't advanced any in-game days in this save, for what it's worth.

I am curious: did something change in the most recent patch regarding the extensions young players will sign? I've been doing these contracts for the last couple versions of the game and have never had an issue, so I feel like something had to have changed. Maybe I'm just being blind and missing something, but I'm wondering what everyone else's experience has been? Have you been able to sign those young players to long term deals?

Thanks for any input! :]

EDIT: So I can get them all to sign now, but I have to offer them WAY, WAY more money than I did just a couple days ago, let alone in previous versions. Hmmm.

So I just double checked the change log to make sure I wasn't missing something and...: "Fixed extension demands for young stars." I'm a little uncertain about the word "fixed." Is the word fixed or adjusted? Either way, I apologize. You can just ignore this thread. :/

Yeah, I agree young players were accepting too little in a lot of cases, so I'm okay with the change. It just caught me off guard. Also thanks for the clarification, Matt. :]
