just "kids" who haven't figured out how to write viruses yet to mqke the whole world miserable and not just us OOTP'ers. Odds are 75% of them will be fired for hacking network at their employer, surfing porn at work, write the next nasty virus and go to jail, etc. etc. etc.

Funny, I had a sign like that at my last job that started a downward spiral that lead to my leaving. Ironically enough the sign was giving to me by my boss's brown nosing sidekick.

It is equally frustrating the other way.. You take the time to try and create a solid league, put in the work on the sites just to have managers sign up, Fill your league and then dissappear before the first sim never to be heard from again.

I would think this is the even greater problem. So many think ... "hey, I can be so and so team", join and then bail immediately. Worse yet though is when they destroy the team through ridiculous trades and THEN bail leaving a new owner left to pick up the pieces.
