I'm still hoping we can have runners to first keep running instead of blinking out of existence on an out.

Yeah, shouldn't be too hard either, since the batter/runner now runs through the bag (safe) on close plays at 1st.

Thanos must be the first base umpire.

Seriously I thought the same exact thing but then I realized I play with sound off and that's a quick way of knowing he's truly out when the play is close. When he runs through then I know its' safe. If everyone runs through then I need to look up the pbp to verify. OMG that means we need to have animated umps! hahah

Yes, I agree. I do like the DP ani. It looks more realistic. And the outfielder that comes in on the ball and makes the catch and fires it back in quickly. And the play where they try for the DP but the throw to first has no mustard on it, slowed down by the sliding base runner. Overall, I thought there were quite a few new ani's added. Somebody was working some OT.

Maybe players out at first, or any base, should head back toward the dugout.

Love the animations and how they get tweaked with every patch. The outfielders in general with this patch seemed to get a lot of focus. I'm seeing them start in and then run back to catch a fly. The catches seem a little smoother/more varied as well.

Nice job!
