I know you said fielding ratings aren't moving for batters but I couldn't find in any thread are the speed, stealing and base running ratings fluctuating at all? Thanks!

No, only the "core" batting and pitching ratings will change.

What does it take to drop more than a point or two? I'm thinking of Chris Sale. He's been utterly atrocious so far.

Woke up today and Eloy Jimenez not only was a Diamond but he had a face!

(pretty sure he was faceless the other day when I pulled him).

Quick question. Last week the in game screen stated there were 1066 live cards when there was really 1073 (numbers just didn't match up). Now it is up to 1084. Looks like there were 11 new cards added this week. I just want to confirm that 1084 is the correct number of live cards and that 11 new cards were added this week. Thanks

Quick question that may have been asked before. What time do these changes roll out? Same time each week?

Seems like you could sit there in the AH at that exact time, with LIVE players filtered and sort by lowest price and just wait for all the cards to switch over that have gone from Gold to Diamond, Diamond to Perfect, etc and make a veritable killing... Is this about correct?

I guess if so it behooves players to yank all LIVES from the AH every Sunday.

technically yes, but the market is much more efficient than it was two weeks ago and pretty much no one is listing borderline cards likely to move up for much less than what the next quick sell price would be. the expected boost is already factored into the price

I'm hanging on to an extra Cody Bellinger just waiting for that perfect bell to ring.

I have a question: live Eloy was 94 last week, having risen +3 from a starting OVR of 91. This week, live Eloy is 90, +3 from a starting OVR of 87. Of course, this means that this week the live card is actually worse than last week's, though the card itself displays an increase.

I didn't think the "starting" OVRs would be changing; is this expected to happen in the future, or is Eloy an oddity?

Did the color schemes change a bit or is it just me?

I assume this also means that positional experience will not change then...?

Its just going to be a little odd to see a random player like the newly-added Danny Santana with postional ratings at SS, LF, CF, and RF, when he was called up to replace 2B Rougned Odor and has exclusively played 2B since joining the team (8 games now, including tonight's announced starting lineup).

Tim Anderson is hitting the crap out of the ball - highest batting average in the AL, OPS over 1.0050 and he is still rated a 69, only +3 from where he started?

How is this explained?

The speculation has become much more noticeable in the auction house over the previous week or so.

I'm not very good at this because I bought a Matt Barnes thinking he'd go from 78 --> 80. But, nope. He actually got negged. I deserve it for involving myself in any way with the Red Sox bullpen.

I get the high babip means they're not "buying" his hot play. But he has a career .333 babip so if he keeps that clip up the rest of the year you won't see him crash down to being a .250 hitter per the zips projections. Would be .285 or better easy and the contact rating (at least) will rise.

The overall won't go up much with the fielding staying low and speed staying at 79. Which sucks for his card value. He's leading MLB at 9 for 9 in stolen bases, scored from 2B on an infield ground DP ball to the right side (did this more than once last year). Worth sitting on his cards if he proves the naysayers wrong with the bat. Silver is in sight soon but I can't see him entering Gold territory this year.

Saw a tweet that Anderson is the only player with 6 or more stolen bases without being caught stealing.
