Hello all

I'm looking for at least one active owner, may be willing to add more based on interest level. The Federal League will be a new League under the USBL umbrella (United States Baseball Leagues)

Details:

League specs:
Full League Name: The Federal League
Main URL: United States Baseball Leagues
Inaugural Draft Player Pool: Modern Players using the roster set that came with OOTP16
Boards URL: Forum access granted once you've signed on
Commissioner(s) OOTP Forum Username(s): Snake1399

OOTP Version: OOTP 16
Game Needed: Required
Players: Real Players, Fictional Team names. Can be any City, State/Province in the U.S. and Canada
# of Teams: 16 at the least, 24 at most
Levels: ML, AAA, AA, A, R
Feeder leagues: We are considering this at the moment
Export Deadlines Days And Times: TBD but likely 3 times a week.
League Time Per Sim: 7 days
Pro season length: 162 games
First Season: We'll begin with the 2015 Season
Number of franchises currently available: 1, maybe more depending on level of interest

Other rules of note:

-- 1-20 Star Ratings
-- Scouts will be on, coaches off

An inaugural Draft will be held, in-game only, and a couple rounds at a time. Each organization will Draft 100 players to stock the Major League level, AAA, AA and Single A ball. Rookie level will be left empty and will stocked with the first amateur Draft

Only serious GMs need apply. You MUST cover all aspects of your organization, up to and including managing ALL of your Minor League teams

Initial budgets will be set before the Draft and you will have that money to spend on Draftees. Player salaries will be determined before the Draft and by the game using Financial settings that my co-commish and I set.

This League setup is geared towards the future of your organization. Draftees and International Free Agents will play a big part in the League as we move forward.

More details to come before launch which is expected to be after the New Year.
