I just grabbed the leonard 100 for 60k sunday after selling 97 Pedro for 50k (paid around 24k when purchased) and 97 blylevan sold for 50+ paid around 30 when I got it. I also had a few Ken giles and bellingers early on and sold when they got to 100. I found a site that lists last 7 days stats helped a lot.

My three teams are clearly tiered:

1. Southern Southpaws (my "lucky" FTP team in draws, has never won fewer than 98 games in perfect league, including last season when shared division with two whales)

2. Battery Point Energizer Bunnies: sometimes gets in playoffs; wins about as many (or a few more) than it loses.

3. Weston Pointe Caspers: Whipping boy: In eight perfect league seasons, has never made playoffs; in two of those seasons it just missed being relegated.

I really thought my Southpaw team would be unstoppable this year, as I spent 70k I had accumulated on perfect Yaz before season began. But no, the Southpaws are struggling (18-22), Battery Point is doing somewhat better (23-17), and my doormat, the Caspers, are 27-11.

Sometimes things just do not make sense.

Yeah it can go that way. I had a team that started 24-2 one year then had an 11 game losing streak the next day. That perfect Yaz card is a beast!

$90, which pushes the upper limit suggested by bailey of $100...but I have not spent anything since around early June. There are no plans to spend any further at this stage.

My Isotopes are going to return to perfect next week, if we need anymore, they are FTP $0 spent as well. I wonder if we could get a second league going soon, that would be pretty cool.

Man, you just cannot catch a break in the postseason. 3/4 teams in the NLDS, but none to the world series.
