Problem with PayPal
Okay, I thought maybe I needed to update my PayPal, but that isn't it. In the past few days I've paid for a few items on eBay via my PayPal account but for whatever reason I cannot preorder FHM using my PayPal account. Anyone having this problem?
I've tried both of the cards I have registered. They aren't expired and they have credit room, but every time it says the transaction cannot be completed. This sucks.

I used PayPal for my pre order with no issue, but that was 9-10 days ago.

Same here, I did it next day after announcement, so it might be something happened later, or some weird thing just with your account

The only thing I can think of is I'm logged in on my iPad. Mi pay for stuff via PayPal using my iPad all of the time though, so at this point I'm just spitballing. I wouldn't think this would matter until I need to download the game.... Best, Aaron

Do you have an Out of Country Purchase fraud protection? Everytime I try to buy OOTP I have to call my bank to pause fraud protection.

Have contacted all parties concerned and mention in above post, and im getting the run around,each company is saying its the other ones problem so until it gets figured out I cant order FHM 3
