At the lower levels, focus on pitchers with higher stuff and control. As you progress to higher levels (starting around bronze), movement becomes more important, followed by control, then stuff. Some of the live collections should net you some decent pitching at the lower levels. Also look at what players the good teams in your league have. That'll give you a good idea of what players to go after.
