Is it possible to make report of entire card collection

Not just the 200 cards on your active and reserve roster.

Id like to use the feature "write report to disc" for my ALL cards in my collection from 100 to 40.

Is it possible? If so, how? If not, why not?

I don't believe so, would be great though. Why not? That's fairly obvious, it isn't coded.

I think the inactive cards present the dev team a ton of challenges the way the code is written but would really like a solution to review everything about my inactive cards. I have to imagine they have been noodling this for quite some time.

While this would be an extremely useful thing to add, I'd settle for just being able to activate/deactivate large swaths of my collection at the same time without having to click on every single frickin' card. Trying to come up with filters that show just the part of it that you want to pull in is NOT a very good workaround.

Shift click to select from the prior clicked card to this one, perhaps?
