Most of those are 0's in skater ratings for a goalie and 0's in goalie ratings for a skater. Although a few new hidden ratings are starting at 0, I'll have to check if those aren't initializing properly in new players, although it may just be because it's July 1.

I'm definitely seeing cases of players entering at 17 (historical, not sure about other modes) with 0's in mood and intelligence,

Obviously a bug - Tom Wilson´s rating got copied to all those players
