Well this sucks
I literally got 16 a week ago on steam on that half off sale, now I hear OOTP 17 is out soon.

If you're new to OOTP, it may not seem like it yet, but trust me, the price you will have paid, even for 16+17, will be way more than worth it by the time 18 rolls around.

Same thing happen to me I bought 13 2 months later 14 came out I just said the heck with it bought and never regretted it

there is no other baseball simulation than OOTP...calling it a "game" is a little unfair.

trust us...it is worth every penny.

Play 16 til 17 comes out and gets patched the 1st time, then buy 17. You can import your saved game to 17. I usually always wait til after the new version comes out but since preorder happened on a Friday and i like to spend $$ I figured WTH.

I don't understand the title of this thread...That OOTP17 is coming out in (counts on fingers and toes) 28 days is frickin' amazing. Turn that frown upside down and get pumped up man!

I ordered v. 15 at about this time last year. I loved it, got hooked on it, and then I appreciated 16 that much more because it was so much better, and I almost knew what I was doing by then, so I was able to hit the ground running. The glass is half-full, dude.

I just found OOTP 16 sort of by accident last May and started slowly but have ramped up lately with a fictional league. This game is absolutely amazing, people above are correct I am going to practice with 16 while waiting (impatiently) for 17.

Now I have remember how to download all the add-ons and put them in the right file without cursing everytime and getting extremely POed.

i just copy and paste from ootp16 to 17...they will still work

Thanks this will probably save me time and much aggravation. But now I have another job, making sure my 16 files are in the proper place. Right now there is a lot of guessing and clicking....
