Game crash issues

I have found two situations on the MAC BETA that causes crashes:

1) If I start a new game "employed", the game crashes, I can not get it work AT ALL. I can start unemployed and get hired, no issues...but when I try to start employed it never works.

2) I am not sure why it started now, but every time I try to go to the "trade" screen, the game crashes. It used to wrk but now it constantly crashes.

Well, somehow the crashes with the TRADE screen resolved...I just did everything else possible on the game (moved players, simulated games for a few weeks) and then suddenly it started working again. But now, suddenly when I reach the play-offs, I can not "play"...the rest of the day, the next game, until next week, or anything at all. I have tried loading other games, making contract extensions, everything that can possibly happen besides PLAY to see if somehow it fixes itself. I am going to try to submit the saved game...

Game crashes in second season nhl. trade issues too. went back ehm for a while to get some play. also ootp14 and wished fhm was as good.

One season and trading impossible during the season
Commish override does not work
Waivers non existent
One season and then it crashes in July 2013 of second season start
Roster does not allow extra players after March 1
Looking forward to next version
