Spring Training

I'm not new to the game, but this is more of a direct question, so I thought it belonged here more than in the General Discussions forum:

One of the new features in OOTP2006 is supposed to be an overhauled Spring Training feature. I haven't seen any information about this at all, and I'm just wondering if I missed anything about it. I'm wondering if there will be full Spring Training schedules, if you'll be able to bring minor leaguers up to ST without using an option, if losing a ton of games in the Spring will hurt your team or reputation at all (which it shouldn't), and if the computer AI will be like a real team during the Spring (pitchers throw a few innings, regulars play 4 or 5 usually, etc.) Is that what it is? Does it go further than that (are there split squads? Non roster invitees?)? Is it not even as advanced as I stated earlier?

I'm just wondering what exactly Spring Training entails now, as I think that it could be a really good feature if implemented correctly (in other words, not having opposing pitchers throwing 120 pitch complete games and having their regulars play all game against you all Spring.)

Has anyone heard anything about this feature, or is there any official word that can be given?

haven't heard but would be interested in hearing. Maybe you should post in the other section.

I'd rather not double post it; If the mods think that it would be better placed in General Discussions, I'm sure they'll move it there.

I don't think the mods come out here very often, and this question is an excellent one.
