As I down my Killian's beer, I am truly ecstatic to come upon the Dynamic Duo together - once again - as if time hasn't changed since its inception, of so long ago, during the initial request of the Washington Wasp by the infamous Triple S...
Awesome to be here...

The Bar Harbor Acadians logo is outstanding... really like the four colors in the middle of the logo... that's special... great choice of color... dark green with autumn colors.... great work.
The Astros jersey by Txranger is a standout, too. Last edited by Eugene Church; 04-08-2019 at 09:01 PM. |

Maybe we'll have to settle on the Dynamic Magic Duo
Anyways ... I went back to the start of this thread a few weeks ago and I was completely overwhelmed by the combination of knucklers great logos and tx immediately following with the perfect jersey. It's just great to have this duo back again.

Concord Graniteers
When I first started thinking about the New England League, I really liked the idea of naming one of the New Hampshire teams the Graniteers since it is the Granite State, but I couldn't decide what should go on the logo. I settled on stone cutter tools.

I named the Barre team in my Green Mountain League the Granite Carvers. Here's the logo I made. It could certainly be better, but I'm OK with it as is.

Man, some of these are so great. I wanted to see if I could out a request in for the Mississipi Kites - Kites being the iconic bird. Thanks in advance!

I recently completed a league reconfiguration and after a review of this thread I'm thinking now I may be in the mood for major rebranding as well. Good stuff.

Norwich Roses
Norwich is known as the Rose of New England and the rose plays a prominent role in the police and fire badges of the city. It doesn't necessarily seem like a traditional baseball nickname, but it reminds me of the Lancaster Red Roses and York White Roses.

I realize this is a very old post but I thought I would reply to it just the same. Are you still interested in the Metropolitan Baseball Association? I am working on the creating the Brooklyn Bushwicks team and though I would try to touch base with you. Is anyone else interested in the Bushwicks or the Metropolitan Baseball Association?

Berlin Bears
The Norwich uniforms look awesome, Tex. I want to hit as many of the iconic places in New England as I can so it was important for me to cover the White Mountain region with either Conway or Berlin.

Berlin Bears should work for a German league I may eventually create or add, so I think I'll be grabbing that entire Knuckler/txranger set sometime soon. Great work, you two.
txranger, do you think you could please make a Washington variant or several related variants for your Boston Americans set, if it's not too much of a problem? Would be perfect for an international league, I think, at least once or twice, for me and/or others around here. Thanks. CD out.

Actually they'll probably end up in a league called the Olympian Pro Baseball Union, come to think of it, in a division with Stockholm, Helsinki, Moscow, Paris, and Antwerp. Thinking of potential team names for 22 of the other 23 overall teams in this league, as well, too.
The other cities in the potential league's other three divisions are Athens, Rome, Barcelona, Munich, Amsterdam, and London in one division; Melbourne, Sydney, Seoul, Peking (Beijing), Tokyo, and Sarajevo in another division; and Montreal, Mexico City, St. Louis (who will be the Lumberjacks), Rio de Janeiro, Atlanta, and Los Angeles in the last overall division for that league. Berlin and St. Louis are the only cities that currently have names decided on for that overall league's teams, at this point. Any suggestions for that league's other team names will be greatly appreciated, for sure, if anyone might make any for them. I can't wait to see how the Berlin Bears might do, if this league ever gets formed at some point. Thank you again for such an excellent set for the Berlin Bears, knuckler and txranger. If I haven't yet downloaded all the items for it yet, I expect to do just that very soon, for sure. CD out.
