All-Star Game Scheduling Conflict

I've been researching this issue for over an hour and can't find any solution, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Essentially, I set up a fictional league, didn't import any schedules, and set my two-league universe to automatically schedule an All-Star Game. I noticed at the end of June that the All-Star Game was somehow scheduled to take place on the 4th, along with several other games, instead of during the three-day break that occurs a week later.

I've been trying to tinker with this and already used the in-game editor to delete that All-Star Game on the 4th, but cannot figure out a way to add it back on the correct date one week later. I'm a little obsessive about my scheduling, and as this is the first year of my franchise, I fear I'll have to disband my league after 80 games of every day managing out of frustration if I can't manually get the All-Star game to play out where it should! Thanks to all customization veterans in advance.

Does the ASG setting being set to the next week not work?

You can not manually add an all star game.

It doesn't seem to affect anything if the all-star game is played on the same day as other games. OOTP players can be in two places at the same time! The other thing would be to cancel the other games and reschedule them during the break. Then save that new schedule to a file and load that schedule for next season (during the pre-season, not right away).

You are going to disband the league because you can't play a meaningless exhibition game?

Just call it a rain-out.

A lot of the time I delete the All-Star game so I can fill those dates with double-headers. My Midwest League(AAA) has one conference so that's another reason too skip the game.
