Building a better record book
In terms of adding depth and making the game more immersive I'd like to put forward a plea for one of the things I liked about EHM but that i thought could have been even better. The whole area of league, team and individual records.
I would like to see the game provide a broad range of season and game records and track them much in the way that OOTP does. I like it when a game report will tell me that a player set a single game record for a particular category for my team or passed a particular level of achievement. I also like how the season records section of OOTP has had team records added to it for the last few versions. My hope is that FHM does a similar thing but that it increases the number of teams shown from three to five or even ten. I would like to see the records section evolve to something that has the depth and breadth of the NHL record book. |

I agree, that's one of those things i love about ootp. I enjoy going through the lists of all the players totals who've played for my team in ootp along with league top 100s, hopefully that part carries over to FHM.
I just don't want this to be limited to players though but coaches and General Managers too. Maybe even owners one day (whenever they are included). Complete history should be tracked and recorded. Complete record of team captaincy i hope is included too (as well as being recorded in that players bio). I'd like to be able to sort lists to filter retired players out so i can see all the current leaders too. Maybe this is a dream, i don't know, but i hope it's the vision one day if not for the first version.

I support this. Really helps with the immersion in the game.
