Can't scout.

I have this on Mac.
Running latest update.
I right click on scout's name and just says add job. When I add job two fields appear - region and pro/amatuer..


What am i doing wrong?

You can't scout players or teams yet a scout will just scout a area or a league hope that answers your question

Here, the single player scouting is so important.

I agree but I know the the fhm team is working hard they will add it soon Rome wasn't built in a day lol

It's going to be sweet!!! You can even scout players for trades that is one thing I'm very excited about
