Should I or should I not

Ok, I have to confess that I have not bought the last few versions of OOTP because I have either lost interest or just didn't like the way it changed to a more complex way (for my little brain) of playing.

Now is the OOTP 11 worth buying or should I not?

I am a High Heat convertie...I had ootp 6? and downloaded 8 about 4 months ago and decided i can do more with 11 then i could with HH2k3.
Foir me there is no going back. yes lack of graphics can be annoying but the gameplay is what matters most to me, and the gameplay is atleast on the same level as HH. being able to make custom league with parks, caps, uniforms is great.

I would atleast say download 8 for free then upgrade to 11.

It's well worth the money. The entertainment value per dollar spent (I did the math once) is flipping amazing.

If you're playing pre-1947 American baseball, then the All-American Mod (a namefiles/ethnicites/nation/cities file pack) is for you.

8 or 9 was the last one that I had so I know the value there.

It's the best version since 6.51. Buy it.

I've been having a ball with them. I've been doing my 32-team fictional All-American League first, and with five levels of minors that's a lot of uniforms and caps.

I'm thinking about uploading the whole league to Padresfan's board. The league is set in 1947 and is made up of a western league and a southwestern one, and many of the team names are either subtly humorous or straight-up outrageous puns.
