Phillies City Connect Uniforms

Hot off the press. Link to the non-jpegs here.

The fonts are a recolored version of the Cubs' city connect fonts (which are the closest to what the Phils have). Once I get some better shots of every Phillies city connect uniform number I'll update the file.

Thank you. This is different from some of the earlier ideas they were kicking around. It's not what I expected. This is better then those earlier ones they were working on.

Saw the Phillies game with the city uniforms last night and right off the bat I noticed something interesting. The sleeve patch is on different arms depending by the way the player bats. Left handed batters patch on left sleeve. Right handed batters patch on right sleeve. For pitchers, it's by which arm they throw with. Don't know if any other team's jerseys do this. But, now I have a question. What do they do with a switch hitter? haha

Does anyone have the PHILLY in an SVG or PNG? Does not seem that this font has been recreated yet.. Thanks!

Actually quite a few teams are doing this now. It's for the sleeve with the ad to be showing to the pitcher and hence the TV camera while a player is at bat. Phillies don't have one yet, but are slowly creeping towards one. Also the reason why the Phillies no longer have sleeve numbers on their home and road jerseys.
