With a tired bullpen, the Jays really needed Anibel Sanchez to go deep.

Instead he left the game with a hurt shoulder with only one out in the 1st.

As the bullpen tried to patch a game together, the Toronto bombers did what they needed to do. Home runs by Wilmer Flores, Andy Burns, and Randal Grichuk propelled the Jays past the Rangers by a score of 6-5.

A tired Toronto bullpen got a rest as Trent Thornton pitched into the 9th in a 7-4 Blue Jays win over the Rangers.

Randall Grichuk and Billy McKinney homered for the Jays.

Chase Vallot hit his 2nd home run.

A 9th inning home run by Randal Grichuk made the game seem a little closer, but it was still a 7-3 loss by Toronto to the Mariners.

Mike Minor left the game with a sore back but it is not believed that it will affect his next start.

In Jon Duplantier's first start he gave up five runs in three innings. In this, his second, he didn't even give up a hit until the 5th, leading the Jays to a 7-1 win over the Mariners.

The two teams combined for nine runs in the 9th inning, but the Jays came out on top, beating the Dodgers 10-6.

Wilmer Flores went 3 for 5. Chase Vallot and Aledmys Diaz homered.

Hunter Pence got a pinch hit single but had to leave the game after a collision at home plate. It is unclear how badly he is injured.

Juan Nicasio has been great as Toronto's closer, but today he gave up a three-run homer to give the Dodgers a 7-6, walk-off win over the Blue Jays.

Jose Abreu homered and drove in four. Billy McKinney also homered.
