Opening day Minnesota Twins 2018 (I'll only post stats for new players, age is what season they're in; age at June 30th)

Lineup

C: Joe Mauer (35)
1B: Chase Headley (34)
2B: Gabe Thomas (25)
3B: Miguel Sano (25)
SS: Levi Michael (27)
LF: Avisail Garcia (27) - moved from RF
CF: Max Keplar (25) / A.J. Pollock (30) - Split time vs. right, Pollock starts vs. left
RF: Lorenzo Cain (32) - .261/.328/.393, 7 HR, 19SB/6CS in 109 games. Great defense. 2 year, $18 mil contract, 2nd year is team option with buyout of $1 mil
DH: K.C. Hobson (27)

Bench
C: A.J. Jimenez (28)
1B/DH: Alex Rodriguez (42) - .237/.317/.452, 6 HR in 93 at bats. Plays well vs. lefties, will start at DH vs. them (700 career HR, 2097 RBI, 3143 H) 1 year, $1.6 mil
IF: Leury Garcia (27)
OF: Oswaldo Arcia (27)

Rotation
1: D.J. Baxendale (27)
2: Martin Perez (27)
3: Jesse Roth (23)
4: Michael Griffin (23)
5: Brad Small (24)

Bullpen
CL: Jason Motte (36) - 6-5, 31 SVs, 3.72 ERA in 65.1 IP. 2 year $15 mil, 2nd year team option with $1 mil buyout
SU: Pablo Baca (22R)
SU: Tyler Robertson (30)
MR: Travis Barton (26R)
MR: Dueg-yeom Ch'oe (34)
MR: Eric Jokisch (28)

During the offseason I lost Darren O'Day to the Marlins on a 3 year $21 mil deal. I also lost Gerardo Parra, and didn't offer arbitration to Bruce Pugh or Josh Roenicke, none of which found a team. I traded Liam Hendriks to the Tampa Bay Rays for a bit of salary relief, and got back 23 year old SP Garrett Williams, who could maybe be a #4 or #5 start in a year or two, or a decent reliever, and 22/23 year old CF Torii Hunter Jr., who probably won't me a ML starter, but is a defensive whiz and could be a decent bench option in a few years.

I'm debating if I want to resign as Minneapolis GM in my fictional game. I have won my division the last 5 years and won the League Title 4 of the last 5 years.

It's a 24 team league and I was even thinking maybe I would expand the league to 26 teams and take over one of the new teams.

2014 Phillies

The good news: I have the team outperforming both their projections and their real-life counterparts, and in the playoff hunt at midseason.

The bad news: I was looking forward to rebuilding.

I bought OOTP 14 recently, and began my Four States League, with teams from Ohio, Michigan. Pennsylvania and New York.

It's possible that I will download the OOTP 13 demo and use it to move my long-running Global League from OOTP 12 to OOTP 14.

It's nice to have a thread where we can post periodic reports rather than full-blown dynasty narratives.
