Training suggestion...perhaps
I like to control the training so it gets distributed properly and that way a category won't get overloaded and not really produce results...
a few suggestions.... How about a button to automatically assign training to the actual areas a player needs work, and then we can fine tune the results from that point And also the ability to open a player from the training screen to see what areas of weakness a player actually has. Currently I go to the roster screen and write down on a pad of paper what a player needs and then I adjust on the training screen. Certainly these suggestions aren't game breakers for me but simply a matter of convenience.

Yeah, I want to re-do that screen at some point to get more useful information on it so you're not having to go in and out of the roster screen to get an idea of who needs to improve what. Probably a couple more status columns, and switch the "Assign Player" text to something that e.g. gives you data about the player's current skill level in that area.

I just look at the numbers for the skills in the player pop up, offense defense, mental, physical and pick based on that. I also, don't worry about training anyone over the age of 24.

Is there a certain age where training is no longer of benefit...I always figured older players for sure, but is there an age that is a hard cap for training? 24 seems a bit young....but....

24 is generally the age where players reach peak development. That's not to say they can't develop a small amount after 24, because I do believe it's possible, just not as likely.
