Is this an upgrade from 6.5 and a completely new name?

Looking great, first that this is being offered up to our constantly information-hungry crowd here, then of course what it actually says.

Very interesting read! One question. Will there be support for wide-screen resolutions in the game? I would love to run the game at 1680x1050 instead of 1280x1024 if possible.

Maybe there'll be an .ini file or similar that we can tweak (keeps fingers crossed). -E

While the new interface improvements sound excellent, let me ask this:
What about keyboard shortcuts? If you look at most application software, things like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc., they have copious amounts of keyboard shortcuts, all of which can be customized by the user. Remembering lots of keyboard shortcuts in those programs may be daunting at first, but when you do learn them, it makes navigating those programs much faster than dragging the mouse around the screen. This isn't a big deal to me necessarily, it's just something that occurred to me that some folks would like. |

i was curious
For us old timers that have been playing this game a while and have leagues on going. Does this mean this wouldn't be an upgrade from 6.5? If thats the case i have no intention of buying it as it wouldn't benefit my league.
