Spring Training stats not showing up

I am starting my third season and for some reason spring training stats are either not showing up at all or they are wrong. I managed to get pretty accurate batting stats by moving both the splits and double splits menu to spring training, but when I try it on pitchers it shows doesn't work. This is for my team stats and the spring coverage stats.

I got a similar issue, I scheduled extra Spring Training games and everytime I play past one of those games, the stats get reset back to 0

EDIT. I just restarted the game and all of a sudden the game logs are back. Not sure what happened

I have just had the same experience. Half way through spring training, all of the stats just disappeared and restarted from 0. Spring training batting leaders show no players if showing only qualified players since no one has enough at bats. All else seems to progress as normal with standings, player injuries and moves all occurring as expected. This seems to occur when either playing or simming daily or if simming quickly (you can see the stats just disappear on the standings screen and then restart from 0). The date this occurs seems to be random. Did not seem to see it occur in the regular season but I do see another post here that seems to indicate player logs disappearing in end of April. This is a real game breaker and don't think it was there before the last patch. Hopefully someone will find the problem and have it fixed soon. But unable to play anymore at this time with this happening.

This is a huge problem. I’m hoping this gets patched quickly, but it’s concerning that there hasn’t been any dev responses. I’m not sure either if this is something that was caused by yesterday’x patch.

it happens in a regular season too and my guess is it was caused by the latest patch...

I have seen this too. It happened after about 5 ST games. Then the stats reset to 0 and counted up correctly after that for the rest of ST. Haven't noticed it yet in RS but now I'm afraid to play!

Is there any way to bump up this thread? I am concerned there have been no comments by any of the developers yet. Given that this game is essentially about keeping accurate records and statistics to keep you immersed and is the main reason it has been such a great game, I would think fixing this issue would be the main priority at this time. I have been playing for many years and this is the first time I have had to stop playing because of a game breaking problem. I am certain it started after the update on Friday. I just hope everyone will continue to comment so this gets fixed soon.

You “bumped” it by commenting. I’m thinking the lack of developer response is due to the weekend. I haven’t seen Matt, Lukas or Markus post at all this weekend.

this happened to me in Spring Training last night. Playing as Pittsburgh at the start of 2021. Midway through ST, the stats disappeared and reset to zero.

Getting weirde.

Nick Burdi has been on and off the IL three times and his pitching log only shows the last game he pitched. His season totals are correct, however.

Something is seriously wrong with the stats!

Crap, yes, I see the issue. Looks like we had a messed up check which causes game batting/pitching to be cleared out when any league starts their preseason or season. Sorry about that, we'll look to see what we can do about this.

It's happening at random points in the regular season as well.

Thanks for responding! But just want to make sure it is clear that the stats reset to 0 is happening not just before the preseason or season starts but occurs part way through spring training and it seems also during the regular season at random times. Once it occurs, the stats start to reaccumulate from the reset time and all other stats before that are lost (in my games the stats were gone on all screens, ie lineups, in-game, etc). Did not check game logs. And haven't experimented more since I stopped playing once I saw this happened.

Yeah, it can happen if your, for example, A ball team starts in early April, it might wipe out games before then.
