Ask AI (or Manager/Bench Coach) for Bullpen Issue

This isn't a bug, simply a convenience request. When I click "Ask AI (or Manager/Bench Coach) for Bullpen" on the pitching screen, there's a possibility my rotation is going to be overridden with an opener/follower situation, which, simply by setting my rotation before executing the Ask AI for bullpen ONLY feature I don't want to have happen. Can it be tweaked so that the AI knows not to use the opener/follower feature if you're asking for bullpen only? Thanks!

Bump - this is still happening. Can this either 1. be addressed or 2. can I know why this is the intended result? It's adding a lot more clicks no matter which way I try to work around it.

You can disable the opener/follower option in league setup. It under Stats & AI, General Strategic Settings.

Not if you're in an online league.

Either way, I'm talking about the mechanics of the Ask AI for Bullpen only button, not about enabling / disabling the Opener/Follower. I may very well still want to use it, but not automatically if I've set my rotation manually and am asking the AI to do my bullpen for me (exactly what the drop down option is for).

Sorry, this will be fixed for the next release. You are right that we shouldn't be setting those options if you ask for only the bullpen. For now I think if you set the "lock to team" option on the player strategy, that should prevent them from being set.
