One of the first 100 overall players pulled... Chris Sale

While the pull is great, it is bittersweet knowing that I'll be saying goodbye to him in a month.

I know the feels. I pulled the 100 overall Babe Ruth. Projected to hit 135HR at the moment :P

I was excited to unpack a Manny Machado, but feel like a chump now.

That is a nice shot of the card there. My best was one pack I think I got both Lindor and Machado (or at least I had bought like 5 packs and got both of them withing those packs)

Thus far, my best card is just an 84 overall Robin Ventura. Sorta disappointed, but I know these cards go away soon anyways.

Got an 88-rated Record Breaker Todd Helton from 2000 in my starter packs, didn't realise immediately that it was such a good card. If the prices for cards were as out of whack as they are on Ultimate Team on FIFA I would definitely sell it, but seeming as you can only get about 2 gold packs worth out of a player that good (I think???) I'll just keep it, perhaps until just before the full release if we know the date in advance. These types of game modes are most fun when you're opening packs regularly without spending real money, so cashing in on the card before full release and the card/team reset would be worth it I guess, if anyone bothers buying it then.
