Rookie GM seeks serious League

Hi, I'm new to the online league world but have been into ootp for years. I've previously been sticking to solo and fictional leagues but am dying to try some human competion. I'm 31, serious and have plenty of time to devote to any league interested. I haven't been in a league before but am eager to learn! You can either PM me here or email me at

bechtel_christopher@hotmail.com

Thanks!

I would be most interested in leagues based on real life MLB teams but would be willing to try anything!

I would stay away from "rookie GM" if your intending on finding a "good" league. Just a FYI

The ULB needs KC owner. check it out on my Sig, and E-Mail the commish.

Peace

Thanks for the advise. I was just trying to be honest. It appears that the ULB is actually full. Thanks anyway.

You can always become the coach of a college team in my college league. We have a couple teams still available.

Trying to help the guy out. You're right, there's no place for that on these boards.

I'd prefer to recuit a guy who's honest. Your leagues should have great communities that are willing to help these type's of people out and guide them along.

Actually, I prefer rookie GM’s. In all likelihood there only in one league and will be more dedicated. I remember in my first season I read all 162 game logs. Now I don’t even check box scores and I sim playoff games in my solo league-rather than play them out.

Someone mentioned the KBL, and I think that would be a great league to start in. I'm not in it myself, but I have checked it out and it looks really good. It has well-defined rules and a bunch of well respect members. If I had time to join it myself I would.

Everyone has to start somewhere. In the NGBL, some of our best owners are online league rookies.

Aren't any spots open right now, but if you're looking for a great league, look no further than the WBL. It's the greatest league that I've been in, and if you get your name on the list now, you might get in soon. It seriously is a great league.
