The Muffins continue to set the pace, as the other squads in Our League took turns beating each other up in what was the busiest day of sims in I 188 for the league.

I spent my PT time trying to get Asylum in compliance for next week (nearly there), so didn't have time to do a proper search for a BOTS. League watchers will have to content themselves with the updated standings. Of course, all are welcome to post their own stories, screenshots, etc. of Our League happenings. Kid Heckett to Our League members - "See you next year (week)."

Looks like the Asheboro Road Dogs have a four game set today with the Arkham Horrors.

On a roster note, we spent some PP to try and upgrade our starting rotation and purchased a 77 Historical All-Star Bob Lemon. So far the card is a lemon! His last game 7.1 IP and 1 ER so maybe he is turning the corner.

Ok... I am thinking of pulling the plug on my "NY Forever" Team which is a PTP.. and making it a FTP for this league... I am enjoying this a heck of a lot.. and having two teams FTP lets me strategize in different ways etc... I just convinced myself>. Going to try and do it by "Next season" /week

Not trying to be a jerk, but if you have it as a PTP now how can you change it to a FTP. You already bought points for it, haven't you?

Just put the team names in the body of your message with their wins and losses. I'll make a table for them. Going forward, please always give me the total record up to that point, not just the additional games. It'll keep me from messing up. Thanks a lot.

Once you pay into the game it puts you in an unfair advantage. No going back from that sadly.

Right I can see that... The Pickleballers has been my FTP team from the start.. Never spent a dollar on them...

In theory you could 'convert' from PTP to FTP by noting how many points you purchased and keeping that as a baseline you never go below. So for instance, I purchased $5 worth of PP for one of my teams (what is that, 6k or 7k PP?). If I never go below that balance then it's as if I never purchased those points.

That would require a lot of willpower and good memory though, so it's probably easier to just go with the blanket rule you have in place.

The Road Dogs had four games on their Our League schedule and made the most of them, taking 3-of-4 from the Horror to nip at the heels of the Mudville Muffins, whose lead now seems a little less baked in. Again, I must apologize for not having the time to provide more coverage, but I am trying to get my other teams into Our League for next week. I am posting the standings, but there is still a 3-game series between Waffletown and Daytona Beach left on today's I 188 schedule. Again there will be no BOTS, but in the coming weeks, RL should intrude a little less and it will become a regular feature.

I had originally thought I would leave the Asylum Keepers and Terra Incognita Rustlers on AI for a few weeks, but the wonderful enthusiasm of the members of Our League has made me anxious to get in there. I believe Arkham wishes the Keepers had made it in for this week. Other scribes are encouraged to put pen to paper.
