historical game question

If I start a game some time in the 80s and sim up to 2016, will the actually 2016 draft class be available or will it just be fictional players?

I don't know, but I know when you get to 2017 it will be fictional players. Seems to me like the 2016 draft class is set in stone yet so it would be hard to actually include it, I mean seeing that the 2016 draft hasn't happened yet how could they know who to put in it?

Actually there's tons of real draft eligible players in the game going 1-3 yrs. out. Roster team is excellent at selecting and adding these. The data is gathered from multiple reliable sources.
