Fictional Season Help Needed

Hi

This is my 1st time doing a season.

Here is the set up

Created a season of fictional players and teams

2 leagues
2 divisions each for total of 24 teams

I erased schedule and created scheduling as I am going along.

I usually stay a few weeks ahead of where I am.

The other day I played right up to e]that I have scheduled June 1

Now the computer is saying free agent period starts June 15
Arbitration is scheduled, date of winter meetings etc etc

I am still able to play games and you would not no of any issues but.

Come June 15 will free agents be leaving teams and signing elsewhere

Am I close to having total chaos coming up?

How do I resolve this?

Thank you

Since you played up to where there were no more games scheduled, the game considered the season over.

Only way I can think of to fix it is by loading a save prior to when you played out the schedule and add more games to the schedule.

Why would you make a schedule as you go? There are lots of custom schedules available in the MODS Forum if you don't like what the game gives you.

How many games are you planning to play in your season? The game has no idea how long of a season you're planning to play. It goes by the schedule. If you simmed up to and finished the last games you have scheduled then OOTP can only assume the season is over, and it will begin scheduling off season events.

Right. What these guys said

Find a schedule in the mods section, there is one for all types of leagues, number of teams and games.
Pick one that you like, then this problem won't happen. After a season and as you learn the schedule file better, you can adjust it as you see fit.

My suggestion anyway
