Reed All Star Starter Join Date: Oct 2013 Posts: 1,947	Usage penalty-historical game needs!!! Leave weaken/adjust hitters/pitchers as is but—— Include a usage penalty for hitters/pitchers!!! If a player exceeds his real life plate appearances or innings pitched by xx% (10, 20, or 30% as selected by commissioner) the player ratings will revert to replacement level for future plate appearances or pitching appearances. This obviously would make historical players much more realistic to their real life use. Of course the commissioner can turn this option off if desired.
