2 Person Online League Setup?

Friends and I are trying to set up a league where we each manage an AL & NL team for OOTP 15. We are trying to avoid having to pay to set up a website & also don't want to have to exchange a thumb drive every sim.
Is there a way to do this? Is this something that can be done on Steam?

A friend and I are doing the same thing. I downloaded filezilla and used it to set my pc up as a ftp server. It's all free and you don't have to exchange a flashdrive.

Does this work well? My friend and I have always wanted to do a league together, but could never figure it out or get a good set-up. What are the average upload/download times for the league files using that way?

Is there a good guide on how to set up your pc as a FTP server?

It works great once you get it set up. It takes me maybe a minute for the automator in OOTP to download the updated team files, sim a weeks worth of games, then upload the new files to the server. Not sure how long it takes my friend to download the files off the server but he's never complained about it.

Do both people need FileZilla. This is all new to me as well and I'm in the same position with a friend and I trying to start a league of just us.
