Age minimums and maximums for minor leagues
an example would be having a "rookie league" where the age maximum is 23, the team must promote the player before their 24th birthday or they would go into free agency.

Service limits are better (IMO), as they are common and have a long history in minor league baseball.

Different levels of the minors use one or the other or both. I'd like the option to see both. Also, minimum ages, so I can have a "crappy veterans league" where teams can stick all their 25+ year old AAAA types who're only in the organization as insurance policies.
