Travis Walker and Jason Estrada updated. I am working on all of my previous creations in TBII format....hopefully I'm done before TBIII is issued.

We haven't been given any type of release date. If I was guessing I would say late 2007 to mid 2008.

Andreas is currently working with Markus on the next OOTP so it will be at least April before he is able to work on this. All just a guess on my part.

Estrada is really turning out to be a disappointment. I can't adequately describe how unimpressive he was when I saw him in September.

He was in against a stiff that had a jab like a parochial schoolgirl. The guy's defense consisted of flailing his arms upward when he was thrown at. The opponent basically could not punch and had no ability to pick off punches or get out of the way. Estrada never hurt him and although he won a shutout unanimous decision, the reality was that the stiff should have won two, maybe even three rounds. It was a performance not fitting a top 250 fighter much less a supposedly legitimate prospect.

I don't know what happened to Estrada but he is a lethargic fighter and will in my opinion be an opponent or out of the game in short order.

Edit:

Another note on just how poor an opponent Estrada had in September:

This guy was named as an opponent the day before the fight. CES had a message on their website that they needed a heavyweight to go eight rounds that week.

Also, in talking with the referee before the card started, he said that he had worked a fight in Philly a month or so earlier with this guy and he did not want to fight. The ref had to threaten and push him to complete the fight.

In light of all that, Estrada's performance was just horrible and now he has lost to a guy that he apparently beat as an amateur.

Good call on Estrada. He has some boxing ability but he just isn't in good enough shape to outbox everyone. He can't punch at all. The only way he can win a fight is to hit and not be hit for ten rounds but his legs only last 4 or 5. If he is in this condition at his young age, by the time he is 30, he will be doing something else.

Thanks for the ratings Ice. I like the way you rate fighters. Your ratings are always close to mine. I like the heavyweights especially. I havent seen enough of a couple of these guys to make a good rating...so I really appreciate it. I wont include a guy in my universe unless he is rated true to form. I know some of the guys on here will rate some of the really old timers just to fill out their universe etc.,but, outside of a few tourneys here and there,I usually use the current guys in my universe.

As far as young heavyweights go..I agree with Ice on Eddie Chambers. He has some nice technical skills. He is not overwhelming, but I could see him becoming sort of a Chris Byrd type fighter. Also,Kevin Johnson has one of the best jabs that I have seen in the heavyweight division in a long time..but the couple of times that I have watched him...that is all he threw. I would be willing to be that he has come close to the compubox record for jabs in a couple of his fights. I tell ya,the first fight I ever watched of him..all he threw was jabs...I kept waiting for a big right hand to follow, but it never came. I dont know how he will turn out,but he has some talent. I like Travis Walker as well,he is raw and throws looping haymakers and will never be a smooth fighter, but he swings for the fences and has some devastating power.

cool...thanks.... I have about another 75 to update to TBII then I will release them to cornerwork if they are up and operational at that time. If not, I'll just send them to guys as they request them.

Does anyone have a rating for HW Paolino Uzcudun? He's not in the game but his picture is posted.
