Game Freezes

While playing out games in 3D view, the game will freeze after clicking on Save & Leave button, or while trying to change to 2D mode.

The only way to get the game to close is by opening Task Manager and killing the process.

I have the latest patch installed and am running Windows 10 fully patched and updated.

How do I get Tech Support for this issue??

I am unable to FTP my files and keep getting this message - Retrieving directory listing of "/incoming/ootp/saved_games"

If you fill out a support ticket, I'll respond to it when I'm able.

As for the upload, you can try Dropbox or Google Drive instead if the ftp isn't working correctly but I really doubt from what you're describing that the league files will help at all. It doesn't sound like a league related issue, rather more or an issue where there's something going on with your system and the game not reacting well together.

If it only happens in 3d, my first advice would be to check and make sure your video card drivers are updated. Also, try restarting your system and on the restart shut down any non-necessary programs running in the background, then try again and see if anything changes.

Quick note, I was having the same issue with freezing, and I rolled back the drivers to a previous version (for a GeForce card) and it worked.

An update, I reinstalled more current drivers (384.94 and 385.12 beta) for my laptop with a GeForce GTX 1050 video card but I get the same freezing issues as Chomp mentioned, either when trying to leave a finished game or switch to 2D broadcast mode. Rolling back to an older driver (382.53) remedies this, but it would be preferably to keep the drivers updated. Let me know if you need more info or an upload.

I think with this sort of thing it's generally more something NVidia has to fix than something we have to fix.

I'd guess their next update is likely to sort out whatever's going on.
