Scheduling Question

Has anyone tried to schedule one team at the same time versus multiple teams? I'm creating a college world with all DI teams. I am using teams' real schedules, and some teams play teams from lower levels like DII, DIII and NAIA. I was thinking that I make a separate "conference" that just holds a few teams of lower levels (default, fictional DII, DIII, NAIA teams). When a DI plays a lower level team, I just have them play a team from that conference.

But sometimes that team may play at the same time on the same day. Does OOTP not allow this or will it go through and they will play the games without any issues?

OOTP does not obey the laws of physics. Teams can be in more than one place at a time, so you can go ahead and schedule a team to play multiple games at multiple sites on the same day.
