Post The procedure entry point problem

I just downloaded OOTP for my work computer. I already have a licensed copy at home. At work we're using Windows NT. I've downloaded msimg32.dll to the proper directory, but now when I try to start the program, I receive an error message:

The procedure entry point GdiGradientFill could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll

I've never seen this type of message and have no idea how to proceed or fix it. Any advice?

I don't think OOTP3 works with Windows NT due to direct X/WIN_NT conflicts.

Tell the higher ups NT is archaic and that you need 2K or XP to do your job properly.
