You're still allowed to tackle them though, I thought overall the Titans tackling was poor on every Chiefs player not just on Mahomes. I know football and rugby are different sports but I was always told they can't run without their legs.

Actually union, our gym teacher was a big union fan so that's what we played at school. Also one of our teachers was married to an England player so our gym teacher was always trying to impress her so she'd tell her husband, weird thing was I played rugby union for the school but never played when I left, didnt play football for the school but played a decent amateur level when I left.
