The Power Outage mission is bugged

It claims to require only ten cards. And when you get ten, it says the mission is complete and offers for you to select it. However, when you submit, it says you need to select ten cards (even though you have already selected ten).

What you must do is actually get an eleventh card. Once you select 11 cards, you can submit the message and get credit. Then all eleven cards are locked. So the actual mission is to collect 11 cards, not 10.

I have seen this kind of behavior, and I've gotten it to work with the minimum number of cards (though it's pretty finicky and I don't 100% know how I did it - I did a lot of unchecking and re-checking of cards).

One suggestion I read was that if you log out and back in you can then submit it successfully. I've had it work when I did that (but then again, I've had it work when I didn't log out and back in).

I tried logging out and back in (several times), rebooting my computer, etc. The only way I was able to get it to work was to select 11 people, and it appears all 11 got locked.

10 worked for me with this mission, but the switch hitter mission was bugged and required 11.
I think all of these missions have bugs in them that sometimes hit and sometimes don't

I yearn for the day when OOTPD can roll something out on time and have it work correctly from day one.

You will live much easier by accepting that everything takes five curses, three patches, and seven chocolate bars eaten not for hunger or craving, but only to cope with the frustration.
