A sunburn in December?!?!?!

Well, of all the weird injuries I've seen in sports games... this one takes the cake.

Dylan Larkin going Day-To-Day in December... to a SUNBURN. I'm just picturing him sitting on the shores looking at Ontario in the 20 degree temps and somehow he's able to get a sunburn out of that... wow, just wow...

Well, it's actually pretty easy to get sunburn in the winter. The glare off snow can easily burn your face if you're not paying attention.

I had one guy go down for a couple weeks recently due to an "insect bite", it was awesome. Wish I had taken a screenshot.

The injuries in this sim are great fun

Plus with teams in Florida, LA, Arizona, Texas, etc... you can get a sunburn anytime of year!

skiing it can happen to your face. But has a player ever missed a game due to a sunburn? Sounds like it would be more embarrassing to the player to sit out than it would to play through the pain

Baseball players are know to get hurt picking up one of their kids, tripping over the dog, slicing fingers preparing meals, ect. I sure sunburn is a valid excuse with the players union.
