USBL 96 Team 4 Tier Promotion QS
This is my modification of the Promotion QS file that comes with the base OOTP18 game, but modified to use current Major League and Minor League Teams, with a few exceptions detailed below.
League Structure is 4 Leagues of 24 Teams each, each league divided into East Central and West with 8 teams each. 1 team promotion relegation system per division. Teams will promote or relegate into the same Division they are in now, ie, a team in the Central USBL2 would promote into the Central of USBL1 or relegate to the Central of USBL3. This will keep the league balanced geographically moving forward despite constant team movement. USBL Championship playoffs will be 6 teams, the 3 division winners and top 3 wildcards, with the top 2 seeds earning a 1st rd bye. Logos, team jerseys and caps edited. USBL East Atlanta Braves Baltimore Orioles Boston Red Sox Brooklyn Mets Miami Marlins New York Yankees Philadelphia Phillies Washington Nationals Central Chicago Cubs Cincinnati Reds Detroit Tigers Houston Astros Kansas City Royals St. Louis Cardinals Texas Rangers Toronto Blue Jays West Anaheim Angels Arizona Diamondbacks Chicago White Sox Colorado Rockies Los Angeles Dodgers Oakland Athletics San Francisco Giants Seattle Mariners USBL1 East Carolina Mudcats Cleveland Indians Columbus Clippers Jacksonville Suns Norfolk Tide Orlando Admirals Richmond Flying Squirrels Tampa Bay Rays Central Indianapolis Gold Sox Louisville Sluggers Memphis Redbirds Milwaukee Brewers Minnesota Twins Nashville Sounds New Orleans Zephyrs Pittsburgh Pirates West Las Vegas 51's Oklahoma City RedHawks Portland Sea Dogs Reno Aces Round Rock Express Sacramento River Cats San Antonio Missions San Diego Padres USBL2 East Arkansas Travelers Buffalo Bisons Burlington Bees Charleston RiverDogs Rochester Red Wings Syracuse Chiefs Toledo Mud Hens Winston-Salem Dash Central Biloxi Shuckers Boise Hawks El Paso Chihuahuas Louisville Bats Omaha Storm Chasers Ottawa Lynx Tulsa Drillers West Michigan Whitecaps West Albuquerque Isotops Colorado Springs Sky Sox Fresno Grizzlies Hawaii Islanders Salt Lake City Bees San Jose Giants Tucson Padres Vancouver Canadians USBL3 East Asheville Tourists Charleston RiverDogs Columbia Fireflies Durham Bulls Hartford Yard Goats Lehigh Valley IronPigs Pawtucket PawSox Trenton Thunder Central Akron RubberDucks Altoona Curve Birmingham Barons Chattanooga Lookouts Corpus Christi Hooks Harrisburg Senators Lexington Legends Tennessee Smokies West Boise Hawks Eugene Emeralds Eureka Lumberjacks Modesto Nuts Redding Colt 45's Spokane Indians Stockton Ports Tacoma Rainiers The minor league teams are current real teams with the following exceptions. Orlando Admirals are a fictional team, if you have a minor league team you don't see in there just swap them out. I tried to avoid duplicate nicknames so the Indianapolis Indians are the Gold Sox since already have Cleveland and Spokane Indians. Easily editable back to Indians if you prefer. Hawaii Islanders are a defunct team reborn in this league as are the Ottawa Lynx. Eureka Lumberjacks are fictional, I live here so included them, funny they are in the vanilla Promotion QS file as the Eureka Miners. The LumberJack nickname is in homage to the local University Nickname. Our local minor league team is the Humboldt Crabs, but I went with Eureka. This is the team I will be managing and attempting to promote through the division ranks. OKC reverted to their old RedHawk name to avoid being 2 Dodgers. The Iowa Cubs are probably the most notable Minor League team not represented, along with plenty others if want to swap in a current couple real ones for these. *Also I moved the Mets to Brooklyn The first link did not work, here is another try. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h5z934qqy3...quick.zip?dl=0

I am trying the link again. I zipped it to dropbox, should be able to unzip into quickstart folder. Slighltly modified as I realized after starting play that I had Boise in there twice so replaced one of them with the Visalia Rawhide.
I played one season and the promotion relegation worked as intended, East Central West teams all promoted and relegated stayed in the same division. ie Central teams promote to the central of next higher league or demote to central of lower. The 6 team playoffs worked and League Champion had no bearing on Promotion. Division winners, and losers promote, or demote. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h5z934qqy3...quick.zip?dl=0 If this link doesn't work I'll take any advice. I have dropbox, googledrive, and the game activated on Steam with workshop.

Steam lost my save game somehow, so I had to redownload the quickstart, it still works but just noticed I had 2 Charleston Riverdogs teams, I meant one to be Charlotte Stone Crabs so if anyone tries it just edit one of the Charleston teams.
