1968 No Draft Players or Teams listed

Just started a Historical game in 1967, we are at the draft July 10 1968. It's asking me to finish the draft but I can't.

Try selecting "CPU finish draft" (or something like that) in the Action Menu at the right.

What did you have the draft and player development settings set to? I'm trying to re-create this but it works OK for me when I get to the 1968 draft. And did you, by any chance, recently take over Minnesota using commissioner mode?
