Things this game has to include

1. Head coach hirings.
2. A functional search engine for players and staff with a filter option.
3. More responsive interface, feels sluggish atm.
4. Better interface. It's really hard to find what you can do.
5. Better and more interesting gameplay. Like player talk, more interesting news and such things.
6. Training camp and pre-season (Would be fun if you would have the option to watch the internal matches on training camp, have always missed that in EHM)
7. 2D match engine (hopefully this will be included some time in the future)
8. Expansion (Doesn't remember if this is supposed to be possibly but i hope so)
9. The option to choose minor league affiliates when contracts expire with the affiliate you have.
10. More GM relation. Option to different kind of approaches when talking trades and so forth. some gm and teams you may have good relationship with and some bad. (An example on a good relationship irl is Kings - Flyers)

To speculate; 1-3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 I would imagine would be implemented eventually. With 5 and 10 it's hard to say really.

8 is *technically* already there (in historical mode, the NHL will expand as it did historically)

The rest I'm not sure I can speculate on.

Yeah i know about the historical mode expansion but what i mean is a custom expansion like if i want to put in 6 more teams in the NHL i can but with expansion draft and such.
