Extra Innings Baseball (EIB) is entering our 46th season and has two open teams.

Started in 2013, the league is currently in the off-season, with Opening Day scheduled around Sept 10th

DETROIT TIGERS

The Tigers finished last season with a record of 62-100. The team needs to tighten up their finances. The Tigers produced offensively last season. LF Abraham Affront finished 4th in the league in HRs and RBIs. But their pitching needs work.

The Tigers have the 8th best farm system with SS Steve Jones (7, MLB), RHP Ralph Lotzkar (33, MLB), RHP Yoshinori Kickikawa (67, AA), RHP Chris Jackson (74, MLB), and 1B Stephane Riou (88, A+)

The league itself is quiet but competitive. There's not much chatter but remains competitive amongst the owners, a majority of who have been around for a long time.

Each MLB team has 7 minor league teams in the system, which provides good depth and development opportunities. The 7 day sims also allows you to set your lineups and pitching staff accordingly.

Also, the league winner receives a custom Tervis tumbler commemorating the season.
