Dave Wills 1899

I am dubious that the current Facepack image actually pictures Wills. Here is a confirmed image of him while he was playing first base with the University of Virginia.

Jim Jackson - Cleveland

Anything of Jim Jackson, the Cleveland left fielder in 1905 and 1906, would be very much appreciated.

Ron Stillwell 1961

Checking ID's on old Washington Senators in the Topps Vault archives, found a clear mistake.
In Folder GA, # 353 is short-timer Ron Stillwell (father of Kurt), not Ron Samford as originally ID'd. Stillwell's only card was a One-Year Winner that Frisch put out. There was one other image seen in the Vault, but unlike this one, it is badly faded.
The first image here is the newly ID's Stillwell, next is a B&W confirmed as Stillwell and the third is Samford.

Here's one more option, taken from the 1905 Cleveland Naps team photo.

Jack Darragh 1891

Facepack upgrade for Darragh, whose major league career consisted of 1 game for the Louisville Colonels in 1891.

I'd rather opt for Marty Keough (Senators 1961) for GA353....a lefthanded hitter. Ron Stillwell batted R and you can find him at BA967

Jim Jackson 1901

Nothing not already submitted but the extraction of Jackson from the group image and a larger version.

An additional image image of Jackson in civvies is pictured on both page 80 (Baltimore section) and page 156 (New York) in Marc Okkonen's book "Baseball Memories 1900-1909"

Ron Stillwell 1961 v Ron Samford 1954 v Marty Keough 1956

Three more exemplars to support the Samford misidentification and the Keough choice. Stillwell (left), Samford (centre) and Keough (right) . Perhaps a key factor is the dates when Samford played compared to when the other two played with Washington and the caps they would have worn. Samford played when the cap had no white piping, Stillwell and Keough played when the Washington cap did have piping. So piping it can't be Samford and from the 2 remaining options Keough looks a better match to me as well. Quite possibly this exemplar for Keough was taken on the same photo shoot as the misidentified image.

GA353 was IDed by ToppsVault as Marty Keough, and it is, as keonleafs suggests and UKBaseballfan seconds, Marty Keough... here's another look at him taken from the old lexi archives

Ed McGamwell, 1905
McGamwell appeared in four games for Brooklyn between April 14th and April 18th, 1905. He had four singles and a base on balls in 17 plate appearances, and two errors in the field in 41 chances. He never again appeared in a major league game, but he continued in the minor leagues through 1913.

Clarence Garrett 1915

Much higher-resolution image of Garrett who was not given much of a chance with the Indians despite a respectable career ERA of 2.31.

Fritz Coumbe 1914

Coumbe spent many years doing spot starts for the Indians, and was quite successful at it. He is pictured here as a member of the 1916 Cleveland team.

Rip Hagerman 1909

Hagerman was big and tall but he could never quite master his command, giving up more walks than strikeouts in his pitching career. Not surprisingly he was cut from the Indians shortly after this picture was taken.

Ed Klepfer 1911

Klepfer was another castaway that the Indians decided to give a shot. He was reasonably effective, with ERAs of 2.52 in 1916 and 2.37 in 1917. He was also extremely difficult to homer off of, giving up a grand total of 3 in 447.2 innings pitched.

Braggo Roth 1914

Roth had a couple decent seasons for Cleveland, roaming the outfield next to Tris Speaker. He chalked up a career .367 on base % which wasn't too bad in the deadball era.

Harry Blake 1894

Here is Blake, looking very pleased to have escaped the woebegone 1899 Cleveland Spiders. He is pictured as a member of the 1899 St. Louis Perfectos.
