Logo request: Indiana-Michigan Baseball League

I need a league logo for my fictional Indiana-Michigan Baseball League. It has teams from southern Michigan and northern/central Indiana. And Toledo.

Beautiful looking logo, No Pepper!

Although I'm still setting up my own humble league in the new game, I'm slowing coming to the conclusion that text within a logo for OOTP2006 is unnecessary, if not distracting.

I just wonder what comments others may have about this.

I would agree. Most of the time we see the logos they're shruken down, so text just clutters that tiny area.

This 'text' thingy is good to know ... I haven't purchased OOTP2006 (yet), so I wouldn't know of this ... now I do and will keep it in mind for my contribution to OOTP2006 logos.

I'm a believer in real simple logos. I knew something was amiss when all the professional leagues 10-15+ years ago started to "update" their logos to something more complex. Minor leagues really became guilty of this IMO. Call me old school.

Anything can be used to excess, text included. Perhaps in this game it's best to keep things simple and recognizeable.

I don't know if you have all of your teams or not but I have a whole thread full of Michigan teams right here.

What I'm looking for:

New England League
Illinois, Indiana, Iowa League (Three-I)
Western Association
Cotton States League
KITTY League
Ohio State League
Pioneer League

Thanks if you do them or if you don't.

I can at least try

Do you want something of the style like the one above (silhouette, no text) or something different for each league? I'll post some examples as I make them but won't have final ones probably until early next week. And are these historical leagues with logos or do want a new look?

Thanks.

The Pioneer League is the only "modern" one. The others are "old schoolish" if possible. But overall I like them with the smallest amount of writing as possible.

This was what I had for the Cotton States League before I found the real logo and saw your "old school" comments...
