Feeder League Start Dates

Quick question for you all out there...I have a HS and College feeder league system set up for a traditional 30 team league. My draft is held in June and we start drafting usually around opening day when the pool is released (usually late March). I currently have the feeder leagues begin play on January 2nd. What do you all suggest for a scheduling of feeder leagues?

It really depends how many games you want for your feeder league teams. If just 30 or 40 you can start the league in mid-April or so, just make sure the schedule and any possible playoffs end before the draft.

In one of my solo leagues I used a 120 game schedule for feeders with a June draft, so I had the season start in early January just as yours. The only other option if you want a longer feeder league season is move the draft later in the year which is something I have done in other solo projects as well.

A ton of flexibility, just have to decide which options you like best for your league.
