Adding a city to the database

Wondering if its possible to manually add another city to the database.
St.John, NB is missing.

It's there, under Saint John. (But no, it's not possible to manually add cities. If anything is missing, though, I can add it to our database, and it'll get added to the game the next time we refresh the world database as part of an update.)

Added it. May take a couple of updates to show up, I'm not sure if it'll be possible to refresh the world database version the game is using before the next update.

Not part of any of the neighbouring towns, apparently, and there are a couple of cottages on the grounds, so technically it qualifies. I put it in with a population of 2.

Part of Karlsruhe. I can only add places that aren't a suburb, borough, neighbourhood, or some other subdivision of a larger municipality.
