MLB & International League Request/Inquiry

Maybe this is already out there, but I am looking for a roster/quick start with essentially two sub-leagues. A MLB sub-league with real life rosters or fictional teams with real life players and a second international sub-league that has fictional rosters and is all international teams. I can add/edit teams, just looking for a basic structure. Idealls 24-30 MLB teams and 20-30 international teams in sub-league two. I can create the structure, where I seem to be running into issues is on the rosters. Is it possible to have real-life players in one league and then fictional rosters in another and then pin them against each other in the World Series?
