Mac Version Low Res

I've bought every OOTP since '17, some from your site and some from the Mac app store. Running it on a 2015 MacBook Pro, pretty good specs, and retina display. Every year the game is locked in "Open in Low Resolution mode." It looks terrible. Is there any way to fix this?

Is there any solution to this issue of Mac Set to open in Low Resolution? Currently using OOTP21.
